  • Sixth NITARP Tutorial: Media Relations for Teachers: Getting your NITARP (etc) story into your local media - Tim Spuck and Ardis Herrold -

Would you like to get more public recognition in your community for all the good things you and your students are doing in your classroom? For the May NITARP tutorial, Tim Spuck (Oil City High School) and Ardis Herrold (Grosse Pointe North High School) will tell us all about how they get good local media coverage for their work. Tim is from Oil City, a small town in western PA, and Ardis is from Grosse Pointe, which is just outside of Detroit, MI. They will be able to give you some suggestions that should work whether you are in a small town or a big city, for print media through tv and radio! Tuesday May 14th, 4pm pacific time = 5pm mountain = 6pm central = 7pm eastern. Pre-register if you would like here or just connect at the appointed time: VIDEO here: https://join.me/nitarpmeeting and AUDIO here: 866-524-3365 7786875#
