Spitzer's resolution is a strong function of wavelength. The following plot comes from the SOFIA website, and is from at least 2003 if not earlier.

This plot is from WISE. WISE is an all-sky survey mission that operates at 3.4, 4.6, 12, and 22 microns. It is lower resolution and lower sensitivity than Spitzer, but it is all-sky (whereas Spitzer is a pointed observatory). This plot compares several different large surveys. Spitzer does not appear because it is not a survey mission.
